The room layout, especially the TV, was great – we could watch it from bed or the couch.

The pool was cold and there was no whirlpool. Several kids took over the pool and no parents were watching them.

Breakfast was excellent! I think her name was Bev; she kept the buffet clean, hot, and always refilled it. She was very friendly and approachable. I can’t think of anything that could have been better!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service of the gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and professional, and I was thrilled when he accommodated my request for a top-floor room. The hotel's design and room layout were also impressive, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and appreciated the great service.
