“Misleading and inaccurate living conditions (outside, surrounding area). Do not recommend.)”

Nothing good to say—misleading poster. Do not recommend. The property is listed as being in Karen-Ngong, but it is actually in Embulbul, a few minutes' ride from Karen. This place is not suitable for non‑Kenyans. The lister should be more transparent and show clear pictures of the outside and neighborhood so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Karen is much more built up, whereas Embulbul feels unsafe if you are not Kenyan or appear Kenyan. Misleading photos that don't show the complete outside or location accurately, and the address listed is wrong—unprofessional. The lister knows the difference between Karen and Embulbul but deliberately misleads to get someone to pay for the place.

“useless facility. no direction, i did not even use your facility. By the time i arrived there was no”

The facility was useless, there was no direction, and I didn't even use it. By the time I arrived, there was no room for me despite my booking. Just refund my money please!

The space was small and cozy, a nice place to reset, and it was very secure with ample security. If you're driving there, it's best to arrive early to secure a parking spot.
