Hygiene and comfort are on point. A calm environment with staff who listen very well. Nothing to add.

The rooms were roomy, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping throughout my stay. I had booked two adjacent rooms, only to be told on arrival that they weren’t next to each other; the hotel eventually managed to swap them, but the process was clunky. The road outside is a mess—just gravel for at least 1 km on either side toward Prishtina or Ferizaj—so you’re forced to drive through a dusty, unfinished stretch that’s easier to walk on. The bedrooms were spacious, yet opening the balcony door feels risky; stepping out could send you straight into a basement hole.

The interior feels ultra‑modern and comfy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the limited selection at the breakfast buffet.
