“Super tolle Lage und ein traumhaft schöner Blick auf die Toscana 100 %”
The location is great and the Tuscan ambience is exceptionally beautiful. The owners are super friendly.
“Perfekt für eine Auszeit in der ländlichen Toscana”
The rooms are spacious on two floors, the kitchen is well equipped, and the large bathroom has a good shower.

The location offers a fantastic view, the cleanliness of the apartments is excellent, the hosts are friendly, the evening meals and the Apero Nights are well organized, the pool is nice, and the proximity to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Vinci, etc. is convenient. The air conditioning on the upper floor worked fine, but the cold air didn’t circulate well because a plank was above the unit. Switching to the sofa bed below wasn’t an option, which was very uncomfortable while the bed upstairs was fine. We didn’t let this ruin our stay.
“Unwelcoming arrival despite keeping the owner informed”
We were stuck in traffic and had car trouble twice, so I kept the owner posted on our whereabouts and expected arrival time. The last message was at 7 PM, still an hour away, while we waited for roadside help. Check‑in was scheduled for 8 PM, but we finally got there at 8:30 PM. The owner greeted us with “You are late,” before even saying hello, which felt very unwelcoming given that we had informed her. She gave a very quick tour and then left to cook dinner for her husband. We told her we hadn’t stopped for food because we were trying to arrive by 8 PM, so we were very hungry. Unfortunately, nothing was available to eat—no chips or nuts even when we asked. After such a stressful journey, a little hospitality would have been appreciated, but she offered zero empathy when I explained our day in person after already doing it over text. She keeps saying it’s late, that she started working in the morning, and that check‑in time is until 8 PM.

The welcome is very family‑like, and dinner is possible on some days depending on the number of guests. Breakfast is included. The apartments are functional and fresh even though the temperature is 37 °C. The pool is great for relaxing at the end of the day, and you can eat on the terrace. It’s in the middle of vineyards and olive trees. Nothing to add.
