Great location, tram within 1 minute walk of the hotel. Also within easy walking distance of Okaido. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable for what you get. The breakfast options were limited. Things like fruit, yoghurt and juice would be expected as standard on hotel breakfasts; I was disappointed not to find them here. Limited bread options that ran out quickly. The pillow provided in the room was not comfortable, and I would have liked more than one. Also the rooms facing the main street meant a lot of noise leaked in
