Free parking was a plus and the suite was spacious, equipped with a microwave, dishes and a sink, while the grounds were just okay and the pool was pleasant but a bit dull, lacking music and shade. The air‑conditioning rattled loudly and blew a strong draft into the room, forcing us to switch it off whenever we stepped out of the shower; the bed wobbled so much that when my husband turned over I felt like I was lying on a paddle‑boat. In the pool an unguarded suction pipe sucked at my back painfully, and I can’t imagine how dangerous that would be for a child in the shallow end. The lobby stayed at 29 °C for no apparent reason, and the water taxi never showed up despite being one of the reasons we booked. The biggest issue was the chaotic guests: people walked to the pool in street clothes, a barking dog lingered by the pool, and families constantly shouted. For three nights we endured a pack of children running, screaming and knocking on doors until 24:00, and only after two warning texts from the hotel and a threat of consequences did things quiet down around 23:00. We left the next morning and would only suggest this place outside of holiday periods – we certainly won’t return.

The location was great, but there were no security cameras. Some random guys walked the hallways, pulled on doorknobs to see if rooms were open, and we later spotted them in the parking lot. That was scary.

“Overall, a lot of issues that we could not overlook.”

The property’s location was good, but the Wi‑Fi never worked, so we couldn’t use our phones or Netflix on the TV the whole stay. Our room was poorly cleaned and the bed was poorly made. I ordered a picnic basket for my girlfriend that was supposed to arrive on the second day, but it came on the first night and ruined the surprise. Staff didn’t inform us about the water conditions by the shore or the bacteria from previous storms that made swimming unsafe. Phones didn’t work in the room, so we couldn’t order room service or call the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel’s interior was in poor condition. At 10:45 am staff were already knocking on our door to ask us to leave, even though check‑out was at 11 am. Many things were wrong with this stay, and for the price it wasn’t worth it.
