The air conditioning works, but there’s no agreement about a half‑day rate or staying an extra hour, especially considering the transfer to Porto Velho. The room is small and the price is very high.

The service was great, the staff were very helpful and polite, and they’re available on WhatsApp. Breakfast is full and opens early. The room is spacious. The only downside was that only a bath towel was provided, no hand or face towel, and the air‑conditioner lacked a wind‑direction adjustment knob.

The room was old, breakfast was weak, and the price was too high for what was offered.

The coffee had good options, but the cleaning was terrible.

The beds and pillows were super comfy and the shower was hot—exactly what you need. The breakfast was plain, and some rooms feel a bit cramped; natural ventilation isn’t great, but once the AC kicks on that issue disappears.
