Entertainment amenities comprise a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, sound‑proof walls, a minibar and a tea‑and‑coffee maker.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and pets are welcome which is a plus, but the room smelled strongly of old cigarettes.
The hotel sits right in the city center, making it easy to get around. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the price offers good value. I’ll come back on my next trip to Erzurum and recommend it! The only downside: the sheets had a cigarette smell.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel's reception staff. They went above and beyond to address all my concerns, and I'm truly grateful for their help. The location was also convenient, with a bus stop to the Palandoken ski resort just nearby. However, I did experience some issues with noise from neighboring rooms and a subpar internet connection in my room, which made it difficult for me to work.

The room and every facility in the hotel reeked of cigarettes, so much that I woke up several times at night and couldn't breathe. The breakfast was awful; Erzurum is known for its dairy and cheeses, yet the cheese offered was obviously artificial, inedible, and terrible. I feel sorry for the management, which seems to care only about profit.

I recently stayed at a charming little hotel in Erzurum, which perfectly suited our needs for a place to sleep and have breakfast. The downstairs lounge area was lovely and peaceful, and we often spent time there. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While it would have been lovely to have access to the rooftop terrace throughout the day, at least we could enjoy breakfast there, which was a lovely experience.
