Everything is very clean. The breakfast, however, is inconsistent – sometimes it’s great, other times it feels like the chef was drunk.

You get what you pay for – the price is very fair. I did spot a rat.

The room is comfortable and the pool is nice. There’s no food or drink available at the hotel, and the surrounding area has no cafés or restaurants; only an Indomart across the street. The hotel could at least have a vending machine, but it doesn’t. No nearby restaurants or bars, so you need a taxi or Grab bike (cheap and easy). The building needs paint and maintenance, which shows it’s in decline, even though it has a lot of potential.

I heard the staff were helpful if you actually find them, but the entire property looks pretty run down and is only cheap.
