The hotel is beautiful and a little away from the city centre, but having a car makes that no issue at all. The room was lovely, the breakfasts delicious, everything was SUPER. Everything was super.

The staff were polite, the room huge, breakfast tasty—especially the burek with homemade sour cream—clean, and the parking was convenient. The location is close to the ski resort, which is very handy in season. The sound between rooms was too good; a family with children moved in above us and they jumped and shouted at night, disrupting our rest. At least families with kids should be placed on the first floor, not the second.

We stayed in the suites, which were really nice, with a great living room and a very good design. The bed was comfortable. The lobby design feels cold and less inviting; I would swap the cold white lighting for warm white to improve the atmosphere.

The staff were comfortable, silent and helpful. Breakfast was average. The hotel sits very near the entrance to Karakol park. It is far from Karakol town and you need a taxi or car to reach the centre and restaurants.

The hotel was cozy, especially the luxury room we were offered. Wi‑Fi and internet worked well, the TV supported all the network’s channels, there was a fridge and a shower at a good height; overall I recommend it.
