Staff approach was good. 1. Lift is outside the Reception, which is not at all secure. Public can easily accessible to our rooms without the knowledge of the Reception people

I stayed at a nice place with very good accommodation and the staff were very cooperative; the complimentary breakfast was quite good. However, nobody seemed to know about this place— the automan who took us from the railway station had no idea where it was until I called the restaurant, after which he finally located it. Even my relatives in Kasaragod had never heard of this hotel.
