I wanted a room right by the beach and booked for a full day; the air‑conditioning in my room was broken, I had to call them for a day, they offered me a crazy better price than the site, 500 riyals more, and then they told me I’d have to pay 1500 riyals to cancel. They claimed I’d extend my booking, but I had never booked again from them, the cheapest was 1050 riyals. After I asked what they had taken, they said they’d taken a full day, no phone or transfer until I called them again, and they responded the next day.

“Overhyped, Overpriced for what you get”

I left with my family early because the big chalets were barely anything, literally I had to buy another tissue box. You’d expect something great for about 1200 $ per night, but what you get is old, distressed, heavily restored junk that should be demolished. The food isn’t great either; the quality and taste are missing. Trust me, the experience felt closer to 2 stars than 4. By the second day you hope for 4 stars, but the whole resort is noisy with jet skis, exotic cars revving, and a lot of noise—definitely not a place to relax. The housekeeping only remembered us after the second day.

“سيئه 👎🏻 Poor service”

Unfortunately my experience with the resort management was unsatisfactory; their conduct was bad and uncooperative, I didn’t feel cared for or concerned about client satisfaction. Moreover, they wronged me and didn’t resolve the issue appropriately. I hope they improve their approach to visitors and better address feedback—definitely wouldn’t repeat this experience.
