The breakfast is simple, traditional, and satisfying—good for business travelers on the go, though it isn’t a buffet; you’re meant to sit down, though the hotel will let you take it out. If you’re staying in the downtown corridor, the hotel is just a block from the main plaza. The remodel lets you see the old 1935 hotel structure while enjoying a modern setting with plenty of outdoor space to soak up the sun, or a terrace to take in some of the surroundings. I couldn’t find anything to dislike; the ground‑floor courtyard, with a few outdoor chairs, is a nice spot to read, work, or relax, and the room and the third‑floor terrace are the other places for those activities.
