The location, staff service, and facilities were good. However, the steps up to our room were steep, making it hard for older guests, especially when it rains, and they weren’t covered.

“Well located, neat property”

The establishment was neat and well run. The room I stayed in was nice, spacious, and the bathroom was just as roomy; the bed was comfortable and the linen was good. The area felt safe. The only issue was that the carpet in the bedroom could have been cleaned.

I found this hotel to be a serene retreat nestled at the foot of the majestic Outeniqua mountains, yet surprisingly close to the vibrant heart of George town. The exceptional hospitality I received from Yaheema and her family made me feel truly at home, and the nourishing breakfasts catered to my dietary needs, which was a wonderful touch.

My stay at this hotel was a delight, with a spacious and immaculately clean room that boasted a beautiful bathroom. The peaceful atmosphere and proximity to local shops made it an ideal choice for me. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room.

“Very friendly staff and spacious rooms with atmosphere”

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional care and attention provided by the staff. The stunning atmosphere, surrounded by lush forest, and the spacious rooms with high-end interior design made for a truly unforgettable stay. However, I did have some concerns about the safety of the stairs, particularly when carrying luggage.
