The facilities and services are Spartan but clean, and the location is excellent. The staff were not always present.

The hotel is great for its location and comfort, and the staff and rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing needs improvement—it's top.

The staff are very nice, the rooms are clean, and the location is close to a taxi station and bus stop. The room is small and needs renovation, has a strange smell, the bathroom is tiny, the bidet is under the sink, and the shower is tiny. The hotel sits on the first floor of an apartment building, and a resident stopped me from using the elevator right at the entrance.

The staff are helpful and kind, the place is clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. The bathroom needs repair: the shower was hanging on a piece of wire and the sink drain was broken. Also, the room door closed by itself and I got locked out once; the staff responded quickly to help me.
