The location and the room were good, but I don’t know if the bed was broken or what, it made noise and the mattress shifted, the room lights were all over the place, the fan light flickered on by itself and didn’t last long.

The staff were fabulous, responsive and accommodating, the property was beautiful, and they included a lovely breakfast from Malayza across the street; it was perfection.

La ubicación esta perfecta si buscas algo en La Roma. El desayuno no lo tomé por tema de mi agenda. (1) Pésimo y de mal gusto que no hubiera jabón y champú en el baño, los dispensarios estaban llenos de agua pero no con producto. (2) La habitación huele a humedad. (3) la base de la cama, al ser de metal y bastante comercial, nadamás al verla, rechina - por ende, dormir en ella, imposble. (4) desde la reserva comenté que sería un late check-in por itinerario de vuelo, litelamente, sentí que me estaban haciendo el "favor de mi vida" cuándo me entregaron la habitación - cero emptía con el huésped. (5) por la mañana bastantes ladridos de perro de casas vecinas

what a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe walking around at night. The room was large with a beautiful patio. The beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was great as well. Loved everything
