The owner never requested payment; when I called to confirm, he said he had cancelled our reservation. The message we received from the property stated that someone would contact us for further assistance and payment.

We had a fantastic stay for 1 week over the festive season. The staff and owner are vibrant, friendly and always keen on engaging and saying hello. The rooms were clean and spacious, I found the value for money to be above par. If we return to Morjim / Arambol we will be sure to stay here again 🙏

The hotel is close to the beach, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms come with bottled water, toiletries, air conditioning, and a TV. There’s a cafe on site with reasonable prices. However, the hotel sits along a busy road, and the traffic noise was bothersome.
