Leaving the property. First room I was given wasn’t made up. I was then moved to a very poor quality very well used and aged room. Carpets were awful, bathroom had black mould and broken tiles and fittings. The brekfast was awful and non existent. The eggs look like they’d been there days and the other guests were saying the same. Would never stay there again. Also I was charged twice for 1 night and still waiting for a refund

The hotel's location was perfect for our short stay, but the check-in process was a bit of a disaster. We arrived late and were greeted by a somewhat disorganized front desk, which made for an awkward and embarrassing experience. On the bright side, the coffee in the lobby smelled amazing, and we were looking forward to trying it out, but unfortunately, we didn't have time for breakfast.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The yogurt in the breakfast buffet was actually pretty tasty, but that's where the positives end. The room was outdated and not very clean, and I have to say the same about the elevator and hallways - they all looked worn out and in need of a serious renovation. It's a shame, because with a bit of TLC, this place could be great.

This place is a gem, especially if you're looking for a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the rooms are spotless. I was a bit skeptical about the size at first, but the cozy beds and kitchen area with a fridge made up for it. It's perfect for long stays, and I'd definitely come back here again.
