The cancellation was processed instantly and we got our money back right away, which was a relief. Unfortunately the hotel turned out to be nothing like the listing – it wasn’t pet‑friendly, there was no family‑size room for four, and there was no table in the room despite the description. We called ahead to confirm and were told none of those features existed, so we cancelled on the spot. The provider really needs to double‑check the details they publish.

The room felt like a drafty box; the windows let the cold in and the air‑conditioner barely warmed the space. To make matters worse, the bed came without a duvet, so I ended up sleeping in my pants and a jacket just to stay warm. Not the kind of comfort I expected.

I booked a double‑double room and was handed a double bed plus two single beds that looked like they belonged in a prison, while the manager blamed me for not reading the details. The curtains were still in their packaging, the kettle sat on the floor because there was no table, and the transparent curtains were stained with humidity; the finish looked like it was done by someone who couldn’t see.

“Stay ok”

The location was convenient, but the room itself was tiny, had no Wi‑Fi, and the TV never worked. On top of that, the main door was a nightmare – the key kept failing and we had to call the manager every time just to get it opened. It made an otherwise decent trip pretty frustrating.
