Nothing to avoid; the place was not clean.

“Unbewohnbar und viel zu gut bewertet!”

The beds were extremely dirty and disgusting; the blankets in the bathroom and over the beds were so moldy that the room felt almost suffocating. It also rained into our room, leaving the floor wet. We left the accommodation that same evening and had to find another place because it was uninhabitable. The staff were actually nice, but nobody spoke even a little English, and we did not get our money back.

The receptionist was rude and gave me information that the room was unavailable and fully booked, even though I had booked two rooms from the start and they just cancelled them without prior notice; they offered no solution, not even a refund, which is extremely unprofessional—please address this.

“NEAR PIM”

I was surprised that the price was almost the same as PIM 2 and 3, but walking around was better than driving. The staff were helpful and the bed faced the street with a nice view of the small apartment complex, which would be great if you get a room facing outside. Parking only allows two cars maximum. There was no wifi, and if you got a room facing the back, the signal was absent; even rooms facing outside had intermittent signal loss. The only good info source was Infosat.

The location was incredibly convenient. There were no complaints, and the service was good.
