The staff were very kind, but I was double charged and would have preferred to avoid that hassle, although the staff handled it well.

The location is convenient and the hotel is pet friendly, but the A/C was extremely loud, almost like a wind turbine, no exaggeration, and the room wasn’t as clean as it had been during my previous stays, with a lot of dust on the shelves.
