The only bright spot was the location, but the air conditioning was so loud I could barely sleep, the showerheads were clogged with salt and the sink barely had water, cleaning was practically nonexistent, the TVs were tiny, both rooms smelled damp, the pool was filthy and unusable, and the mattresses were hard enough to hurt my back.

I loved that my room was super close to the center, made it easy to check out all the restaurants, shops, and bars. But, I had a bit of a weird experience when I arrived - the lady at the front desk only wanted me to pay in cash, and when I said I'd withdraw some later, she came back to my room to insist on getting paid right away, which was kinda annoying. Oh, and the towels were pretty gross, with rust and patches on them, definitely needed some fresh ones.
