The room had a modern feel. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with mold in the shower and the bath linens smelling bad. The shampoo and soap refills were insufficient (four small packets for two nights/2 people: body+hair, see photo). There was no physical contact with the host. The room had almost nothing available (not even a water bottle). The hospitality was somewhat disappointing compared to what I’ve seen in the area. For a two‑night stay, the room service came without any real impact (shower product wasn’t replaced, the bed was poorly made, the paper wasn’t taken away).

It’s in the middle between the train station and the center of Naples, so both are within walking distance, which is handy since the buses don’t line up with the arrival times. It was clean and the host helped with directions, making it easy. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Naples, but if you must, this isn’t a bad option. The neighborhood feels a bit rough, but that’s typical for Naples; it’s well‑located near the main streets. The room was incredibly small and had no amenities like hand soap, but otherwise it was fine, just air‑conditioning.
