I stayed at GM Premium Hotel Hanoi and would strongly recommend it to anyone heading to the city. The location is fantastic, the hotel looks gorgeous, and the whole staff delivered exceptional service. Gwen deserves a special shout‑out for going above and beyond to make my solo birthday trip memorable; she made me feel truly welcomed and ensured my birthday was special. Her kindness, attention to detail, and readiness to help with anything I needed made a huge difference. When traveling alone, the people you meet can make all the difference, and Gwen and the rest of the GM Premium team did just that. I’ll definitely book here again next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you, Gwen and the entire team, for making my birthday and my Hanoi stay so great. Highly recommended! There was nothing negative—everything was perfect :)

The staff were wonderful and the food was very tasty. I don’t love the room layout, especially the bathroom with the sink in the room, the glass door, and the wet toilet area.
