The staff were attentive and welcoming, the (ONSEN) spa and Japanese‑style room were excellent, as were the private services. The sea‑side location offered an exceptional view.

The spirit of hospitality was evident and I really appreciated how staff rushed to help when I rolled out of my wheelchair; the room was spotless, the timing of the meals was spot‑on, and everything was excellent; there were no downsides.
