The pool area was great and the poolside service superb; the staff are brilliant, extremely helpful, and friendly at any time of day. The hotel is a Tui‑designated hotel sometimes used for delayed or cancelled flights, and while the staff handled that well, the general behaviour of some of the people billeted there was an issue.

Superbe hôtel avec magnifique jardin attenant à la piscine en plein centre-ville avec proximité des restaurants. Belle chambre, très belle salle de réception et personnel très gentil. Tout était parfait

Rooms are modern, clean and bright. The staff are attentive, super helpful and polite. Breakfast is fresh and wholesome. The hotel has a super relaxed atmosphere, perfect for winding down and chill time. The property is within a stone's throw of the centre of Dalyan, and there is a supermarket, coffee shops, nail bar and bank all in walking distance. Everything was great—nothing to report.
