Breakfast and dinner were provided, offering good value, plus a snack area and free bottled water; everything that should be there was present, and it’s in the city center, which is very convenient. However, the male staff at the night desk had a poor attitude, the hair dryer stopped working after a short time, and when I called, they said it was an automatic shut‑off due to high temperature, but it had short‑circuited in less than a minute; they didn’t investigate and just dismissed our concern. After calling, I was told to go down to the desk, but when I got there the desk was empty and it seemed someone was chatting behind the back door near the desk. Whenever something breaks, it gets replaced, but the staff need proper training; otherwise they let down the warm reception from the evening host.
