⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our time at Riad Serai was flawless! The riad’s design is gorgeous, the cleanliness is top‑level, and the vibe is calm right beside the desert. The staff were warm, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms are roomy, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The meals were tasty, especially the classic Moroccan fare, and the breakfast was fresh and generous. The spot is perfect for exploring the Sahara and living unforgettable desert moments. I strongly suggest Riad Serai to anyone heading to Merzouga; we’re already looking forward to returning!

“Oase in der Wüste”

Beautiful desert hotel with a fantastic pool and garden. You step straight into the dunes from the hotel and can watch the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast and dinner were more than plentiful and absolutely delicious. The suite is great, very clean!

“Beautiful rooms, friendly people, avoid the restaurant”

The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated, with a good shower and plenty of room for stuff—very comfortable and luxurious, exactly what you need after a long day in the dunes. The pool is great, but it rained while we were there so we couldn’t use it. The dinner food was awful—really bad. Breakfast was better but still not great. The gardens need upkeep; weeds everywhere and no one cleans up after the rain.
