“Booking experience NO GOOD. Breakfast very average. Staff at the New Unit is courteous which is nice”

The staff behaved very well after I moved to a new unit, but the breakfast came from an outside restaurant and it was not good. I had booked a Premium Room but was only offered a Standard Room, which I declined.

The staff were very cooperative. However, the details listed on the portal were inaccurate. It was advertised that a free wine bottle would be included on arrival, but that never happened, and the hotel actually has no restaurant. Luckily we didn’t book breakfast, otherwise we would have wasted money.

The location is good. The room is small. Breakfast is served elsewhere and you need coupons, but they never explain what you can actually get with them. Toiletries and water had to be requested every day, showing a lack of pro‑action. Hospitality needs a lot of improvement and staff should get better training to keep up with international travelers like us. The ceiling fan made a weird, scary noise, and the AC wasn’t great. At night, some bulbs stayed on even though the switches were off, perhaps because they don’t use an electric stabilizer.

I loved the place and its accessibility to all kinds of shopping, from high to low, including street food; all the facilities inside the room were good and the place was very well maintained, with 24/7 hot water, polite staff and a manager who fulfilled any request without hesitation; the only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, which is fine for a couple or a single person.
