“Desconfortável”

The staff’s friendliness and cordiality were impressive, and I can confidently say they would be excellent employees at the best hotels in São Paulo; the breakfast was impeccable and tasty, and the location facing the beach was ideal. However, the accommodation itself was terrible: the room leaked in the bathroom because the ceiling bulged, likely due to an upstairs leak; the air‑conditioner made unbearable noise, forcing me to lower its intensity to sleep; the pillows were very hard, so I had to fold the comforter to use as a pillow; the room fridge was empty, so everything had to be purchased at reception; the shower was annoying, requiring careful adjustment to get minimally warm water. I didn’t stay the whole trip and moved hotels the next day.
