“Most horrible experience. No doubt OYO will close with this horrible set up”

I had a horrible experience. Even though I paid the full amount online as listed on your website, you asked for an extra Rs. 400/-. When I called the service desk, they were unhelpful. I have already paid and received a receipt, and I will take this to the consumer forum if I don't get a refund.

“Pathetic hotel and customer support of booking.com”

Nothing; it was a hell of an experience. We didn’t even stay a day there, and the customer support was pathetic and indifferent. The manager told us there were only 8 rooms available, yet the website showed 10, so we had to look elsewhere. We came with a patient, and it was very difficult to find a room on the spot.
