The studio’s location was a big plus – right in the middle of everything. It had all the basic comforts you’d need for a city break, so it worked out fine.

The room was a nightmare: filthy, hair from previous guests everywhere, and even cockroaches. There was not a single glass of water in the kitchen, and the beds were in terrible shape. I won’t stay here again.

Spotless, friendly staff, and a perfect location – close to everything. The view of Lake Neuchâtel was gorgeous, and the holidays were wonderful. The process was crystal clear, and the team responded quickly. Thanks for the lockers with keys for our stuff!
