I liked that the tub was clean, and there was a microwave and fridge. I didn’t like that there were people in the parking lot all night, that the sheets were dirty—really dirty—and that there were no extra towels.

The staff were poorly attended and very suspicious; the person who assigned the room was untrustworthy. The rooms smelled a lot of cigarette smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and there was no shampoo.

The convenience of the location was a big plus - the restaurant across the street and the bus stop right outside made it easy to get around. However, the lack of an ice machine and the messy neighbor who left their clothes and curtains on the walkway for nine days was really frustrating. Management seemed to be aware of the issue, but nothing was done about it.
