The owner was very friendly and helpful. Even though he had bad experiences with dog owners, I was allowed to stay with my four small wind dogs. 🙏

The location was great for a nearby birthday, free spacious parking, and the road was quiet with no noise. The reception was warm and explained the room and key system (codes) clearly. The room was spotless and spacious, the compact bathroom was again immaculate, and the shower had excellent water pressure and steady temperature. The terrace/biergarten was cozy for a drink. We didn’t have breakfast because we were invited to a friend’s breakfast. Overall, great value for money and we’ll definitely come back!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were top class, and the tiny restaurant tastes incredible. The location is more than perfect—just an 8‑minute walk to the Wuppertal reservoir.

We liked the warm welcome, breakfast buffet, clean and cozy room, being able to bring our dog for breakfast, and the free parking. We stayed one night and were very satisfied overall. We did not like that regular TV channels were not available (neither ARD, ZDF, Pro7, nor RTL).
