Everything was perfect – the spot was spot on for getting to the Victoria Marathon Race event, and the place was spotless. The kitchen had all the gear I needed to whip up my own meals, and the hosts were incredibly helpful.

A lovely place for a couple of nights, complete with a washing machine and very friendly communication. There was a hummingbird in the garden.

The location is great, close to Victory, and the staff are friendly. However, the room feels a bit cramped, making it hard to open luggage, and the door is stiff and makes a loud thud when shut.

Single room looked good. Outside was smelly and hard to find room at back of house. Random pavers on dirt. Owner couldn't provide promised second bedroom. We were left at 6pm scrambling for alternate accommodation in unfamiliar place. Under rules owner should have found alternate accommodation of same or better standard at no extra cost. Would not recommend.

A nice room in a separate building in the garden, with a small kitchen.
