The property was lovely, comfortable, clean and situated in a great spot on the site. The only issue was the site itself; there was little to do there without paying exorbitant prices for passes.

The location in Skegness is good, but the site is adjacent to one of their many duck ponds, which is unsafe for toddlers and autistic children. There was no gate on the decking, so the inside door couldn’t be locked with a key and the children could bolt out. The caravan was dated, with old worn mattresses that were not fit for purpose, it wasn’t cleaned to a high standard, and there was no hoover for us to clean ourselves.

I liked the location, but there was a lot of wear and tear: one bedroom door wouldn’t close, the bathroom had a horrible stain around the sink, and there was damage in a wardrobe, near the fireplace, and in the double bedroom side cabinets.

The location was superb because we were heading to Skegness Raceway to watch the racing.
