Our room had no window facing the outside.

The location is fine, but there is no reception, no microwave, only a fridge that has cockroaches (photos included), it’s not insulated at all, and each dormitory of 10 people has two showers that include a toilet in each shower. The staff are not accommodating. There are no amenities, and it’s a nightmare to shower or use the toilet because there are only two toilets for 20 people and two showers for the opposite.

When I went to pick up the codes to enter, they told me it was a hotel problem and I don’t know how long I’ll wait for them to return my 45 euros. I had to believe that when I was going to pick up the keys to enter, they said no, they would refund me, so imagine I was left where I was staying for the rest of the days at my sister’s house.
