Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of foods. The property’s location was ideal, not right in the city center, and it was a five‑star venue. The staff were very helpful, especially when arranging a catamarán cruise that I highly recommend. The rooms were very spacious.

The room was large, the bed comfortable, the grounds beautiful, and breakfast good. The pools were nice. The staff were very helpful with everything. The beach was not very appealing. The rooms were old‑fashioned, clearly needing renovation. Overall, a decent four‑star experience. If you have no high expectations for Vietnam, it’s fine.

From the moment I stepped onto the Alibu resort, I felt the luxurious, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, meticulously cared for with housekeeping twice daily (morning and evening), making me feel at home. Breakfast was incredibly varied. What moved me most was the staff, especially Peter Phan Chef, who prepared lunch for Kathy’s family in a meticulous, fresh‑seafood style that left me very satisfied and pleasantly surprised. That moment felt warm and close, like being with family and loved ones. The infinity pool, right beside the beach with its fine white sand, was stunning. When I went into the sea, staff and lifeguards were always on watch, giving me great peace of mind. The resort also offered fun activities, kayaking, free cocktails, and light snacks in the afternoon—small experiences that were unforgettable. The professional spa service, relaxing environment, and dedicated staff helped me fully recharge throughout the holiday. What impressed me most was the green, forest‑like setting, a miniature tropical forest with many trees that made me feel like I was wandering in a vibrant, peaceful jungle. I sincerely thank the entire Alibu team for their professionalism, dedication, and friendly smiles during my stay. Special thanks to the staff who enthusiastically helped capture beautiful photos to preserve this memorable birthday. I give Alibu Resort 5 ⭐ and will definitely return in the future. The staff were beyond praise; they’re easy to work with. The reception girls, Sasha, a Russian‑speaking guest‑relations employee who is always available. The hotel itself is wonderful, with careful care of tropical plants, abundant greenery, everything bright and beautiful. Two lovely, warm pools. A resort where you can swim calmly in the sea without waves. The Swedish‑style breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty. Beautiful evening singing. The food at the menu‑based restaurant was not up to the standard of Nha Chang restaurants; I couldn’t find anything tasty that day. In the deluxe room, the shower needs better maintenance: after you shower, a puddle forms; towels fall from the single hook into the puddle. Hooks are needed on another wall and near the sink. The shampoo and conditioner were terrible; bring your own.
