“It was a very nice room that we enjoyed and will certainly stay again when in the area.”
It was very affordable for the room we had which was so nice and had anything one could want or need. Very spacious and the set up was one that worked well for 4 people
Everything was new, clean and the staff were so so nice!
The receptionist Mashiah Hawkins was wonderful—very helpful, respectful, and with a great attitude. The cover wasn’t clean, nor was the shower; I had to clean the shower myself and then go out to buy sheets and a blanket for the bed.
“Candlewood Suites Huntsville Very Good!”
The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. The "kitchen" was very neat, well designed and efficient.Having a stove top and mid-size refrigerator was wonderful. We should have been told upon check-in that housekeeping was available only one day per week. When we got into our room there was a sign that said we were responsible for learning the cleaning schedule; which also should have been said. Frequently, the front desk was unattended. We had asked for extra pillows when reserving but there were only 4 on the bed (we didn't addressbthis with the desk). Would we stay there again? YES
“Manager was great”
Accommodating. Na
