000000. Everything was dirty, it smelled awful, the flooring was old, and there was absolutely no customer service. It was simply terrible

The place was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable, the staff were unwelcoming, and the pool was “closed for the season” on August 22nd?

Breakfast was okay, but rooms 214 and 216 were not clean – the carpet stank, the blankets, bed sheets, and mattress had stains, and the trash can had no bag. I asked for the sheets to be changed and for trash bags, but neither request was fulfilled. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay and would not recommend it.

It was just a place to crash, and I was exhausted. The building looked run-down, and no matter how much they scrubbed, it still felt filthy—surprising for a Wyndham.
