“Wish I didn’t stay here and it took forever to get the smell off my clothes.”

The place smelled like cigarettes, had drug users on the property, and the facility was loud until 4 am. There were fights from rooms next door and above, and the tape kept the light cord in sockets. The facility was dirty, the room was dirty, with stains on the bed and sheets and cigarette burns on them. When I checked in there was a drug user high and arguing with staff about “too many cops in the area”; two outlets didn’t work. This place is literally a spot people seem to go to get high. The staff didn’t do anything to change anything. Terrible place.

“Sorry it's not worth of our stay..”

We were very disappointed. We booked a non‑smoking room but were given a smoking one. When we opened the room it smelled bad, so we complained at the front desk, but the ladies were not helpful because they said no more rooms were available. Then a guy helped us and gave us another room, which also smelled of cigarettes; it wasn’t as bad as the first one but the smoke smell was still there. We were already tired from driving in late, so we just stayed. The bed sheets had holes burned from cigarettes, yet they still used them for that room. The towels didn’t have a fresh smell. The trash can in the breakfast room was very dirty, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The ladies at the front desk were not friendly. We are sorry that we are not going back to that place. We were at this property 2 years ago, but this time it was not a good experience.
