There are absolutely no positives. I’m coming for the third time and this visit was the worst ever; I’ve never seen a place cleaner than a motel. Is this even a thing nowadays? The dust isn’t a joke, especially since I asked for a clean room because I have a baby. Does anyone manage cleaning or is it just a mess? The blankets, the trash cans, the dust—none of it is acceptable. The front desk lady didn’t even greet me or offer basic service; her tone was rude and she was unfriendly. I regret checking in after reading the hygiene reviews. I’m leaving because the place is so dirty that the outside air feels better—haha.

Everything else is fine. The front desk woman takes 2–3 seconds to answer questions and has a flat, unfriendly expression, which feels uncomfortable and burdensome (not just one experience, but twice during check‑in and check‑out). Is she the owner? 🤔
