The place is amazing, very clean, and the rooms have all the comforts you need, especially the privacy and quiet. The garden and pool are gorgeous and give you the relaxation you need. Excellent location close to Monopoly. The owner is very kind and helpful, with clear directions to find the place and always available to assist. Santo Stefano is 100 % recommended!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. What really set it apart for us was the sense of calm and privacy. Even though the room was relatively small, it felt like our own private villa. We had plenty of space to do our own thing and fully unwind. The manager was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and thoughtful. Nothing was too much for him. We just asked for something and he handled it right away. He made a visible effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible, which we greatly appreciated. Overall a fantastic experience. We felt welcome and would love to return. Definitely a must‑visit!

I had a wonderful stay! The space is brand new, nicely decorated, and spotless. The garden and pool are delightful. I was greeted with a local focaccia and a cold beer by the pool, and one evening I was surprised with a bowl of fresh cherries at my door. The host checked in multiple times to make sure everything was to my liking. I felt more than welcome and would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

This place was a true gem during our honeymoon trip to Apulia! We spent four days here, which was the perfect amount of time to relax. The property is stunning—surrounded by a well‑maintained garden, and the quiet and calm around it let us truly unwind. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, and the bed was comfortable. 😊 We were the only guests, which added to the sense of privacy. The pool and ping‑pong table were available and we used them a lot. The location is also great—just a few minutes by car to the center of Monopoli, and there are many beautiful beaches nearby. Special mention goes to the owner Vito. He is extremely warm and friendly, and from day one he made us feel wonderful. Communication with him was excellent; he always offered help and repeatedly showed us his hospitality 🤎 We left with a great sense of sadness. This place has a unique atmosphere and we will definitely recommend it. We also hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🥹🤎

Fantastic stay! The owner is incredibly hospitable and the property is very well maintained. It’s also just a short 10‑minute drive from Monopoli and the beautiful beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and recommend this place to everyone.
