Breakfast wasn’t included, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It’s only three blocks from the train station and the Star Hôtel square is right across the street, so everything is within a five‑minute walk. Arriving required contacting someone on WhatsApp for the keys and access codes, but those instructions weren’t clearly listed on the website, making our check‑in a hassle.

It’s very close to the train station, which is the best part. It was also nice to have a person physically help us with check‑in and we had his contact. The building is on the fourth floor, and although there’s an elevator, it only works if you pay 0.10 euros. We arrived exhausted, didn’t know about the fee, and had no change. The bathroom was awful—messy and broken.
I was escorted to the 1st floor instead of the BaB real hotel, and they told me the bathroom had no water. They then moved me to a room that was dirty and had no ventilation, and the bathroom’s shower was filthy, the key was missing, and the water was cold. After a long trip I was exhausted and just wanted a proper shower, but I paid 44 eur and feel like I should report this to financial police. This is a scam!
