The ambience, room size, bathroom, and location were fine. The stay was very disappointing: the AC didn’t work properly, the room wasn’t clean, and parking was poor. The management was unresponsive and didn’t address our concerns. Overall, service and maintenance were unsatisfactory, so I would not recommend this place.

I booked this place and they sent me a link to pay the full amount to confirm, but when I checked in they asked me to pay again in full and said I’d get a refund of the first payment, which I still haven’t received 😕

This place is a peaceful oasis in the midst of busy Kochi, with a lovely green setting. The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfy and stay cool. The beds are pretty comfortable too. My only gripe is that the bathroom could be cleaner sometimes.

Honestly, the location was a total letdown and the noise was unbearable. I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but it was pretty much impossible with all the commotion going on outside. Not exactly the best start to my trip.

Cleanliness seemed okay at first, but it's been going downhill fast. Towels and bedsheets weren't clean when I checked in recently, which was pretty gross. Not sure what's going on, but it's a shame they can't keep it up.
