The eco-lodge’s garden setting is lovely, but occasionally cockroaches make their way onto the bed and floor.

The hotel’s facilities are solid and the staff were very helpful while exploring Rapa Nui. However, the airport transfer feels unfair—walking 21 minutes is easy and safe, yet the charge is $30 per person.

The location, gardens, and staff attention were good, and the bar‑restaurant offered tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom, however, had a bad odor, lacked ventilation, and the toilet water sometimes ran continuously. I couldn’t plug in the minibar because the cable didn’t reach the outlet, and the mattress felt very old. Overall, the rooms and pool maintenance need improvement, and the pool table is uneven, making play difficult.

La amabilidad de la gente y sus empleados. la ubicación excelente tranquilo se duerme muy bien. Todo me gustó vs los que hay en la isla una excelente opción
