“Très bon séjour.”
The concierge and owner were very welcoming; the concierge anticipated needs and was attentive, making a great impression. The décor of the lodging was very pleasant and the layout was well arranged. We keep a very good memory of this place, thank you! We recommend it! The common areas, especially parking and walkways, need much more lighting. The parking was flooded during a storm.
La posizione a 2 passi dal mare; la disponibilità di parcheggio; la disponibilità del personale nelle fasi di check-in e check-out; la presenza di una lavatrice e di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ho ragione di credere che nel letto ci fossero delle cimici; qualche capello lasciato nel frigorifero denota scarsa attenzione nelle pulizie; nonostante avessimo indicato che avremmo pagato al momento dell'arrivo, in maniera un po' torbida (tramite whatsapp) qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo ci è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato tramite bonifico o fornendo i dati della carta di credito ma in seguito a segnalazione fatta a BOOKING di quanto accaduto, la richiesta è stata ritirata

The location is truly great, set in a very pleasant environment with a beautiful garden, nice facilities, and a private beach. The apartment is functional, well equipped, and pleasant with its terrace. There is parking space available. Some hotel facilities could use a small refresh.
The welcome was excellent and the lodging was spotless; I had a very good stay!
The green areas are immaculate. The beach is close by. The overall condition of the property needs a major overhaul. The studio (size still to be verified) is just the original hotel room where a mini “kitchen” replaced storage space (no proper wardrobe). Consequently, there is no dining area in the studio (the balcony can work during the day but at night beware of mosquitoes). The TV placed on the old desk is uncomfortable (in other studios it sits on the wall opposite the bed). The office chair is too low and unusable beyond one or two hours. A fresh coat of paint would help. After staying more than two weeks, a change of bed and bathroom linens would have been useful (the rusty drying rack isn’t ideal for drying a set of sheets… the laundry service is the only solution).
