I noticed a change in service compared to last year. Previously, for guests who had to leave very early, we could request a basket for breakfast. I even remember that last year, due to many requests at 6:15, the guard had kindly opened the breakfast room early. This year, however, the reception told me I could ask the on‑call guard for a coffee. I did so, and the coffee was kindly prepared. Thus, in this regard, I found the service had worsened compared to the previous year. It’s a pity, because the option to have a takeaway breakfast for early‑leaving guests was a particularly appreciated touch.

Right on the Lungomare, the breakfast buffet is varied and fresh, and the rooms are functional, tidy, and well‑furnished, though some of the furnishings look a bit dated.

The nautical style of the hotel is incredible—“you step aboard a ship and glide through warm waters under the watchful eye of professional crew.” The staff are very helpful, the room is ready, the breakfasts are tasty and diverse, and the parking is spacious and “mobile.” The town itself boasts a seaside promenade and a beach that stretches to the horizon, making it a superb base for exploring Tuscany and Liguria.
