“Un hotel tradicional con buena ubicación”
The hotel has an excellent location and good restaurants. The party at “Arroz con Huevo” was lively and fun, and the breakfast covered the basics. The facilities could be better; the façade needs maintenance. The pool hours were very limited—I suggest extending them by at least an hour in the morning and an hour at night. The hotel (and the city in general) is still learning about customer service and tourist retention. In the city, you always need to keep a lot of cash on hand.
