The front desk staff were warm, friendly and VERY helpful! Close to Dollywood, food and other entertainment. Came with great nieces and there was a lot of spiderweb outside the room and stairs.

There were stink bugs in our room. The beds were all beat up and not comfortable. Bedding was stained. Pillows had stains. Baseboards had dust all around the room. Air conditioner was very noisy. There were no elevators and our were on the second floor. We had to carry everything up the stairs

I like the location. The room I was in was super small. They had us towards the front. It was a bad weekend to go. I didn’t know it was Jeep week. A lot of the noise at night you can hear because our room was facing towards the street

Nothing. The place was a dump. We cancelled our reservations.+. Everything. It was a longs-stay hotel that attracts drug addicts and derelicts
